Toes in the sand was perfect. The outdoor spaces were charmingly decorated and very cozy. Enjoyed the front porch, back yard, and upstairs balcony porch. This was the most well stocked rental I've ever stayed in. Cut down on so much time running back and forth to the store for things. We were a short walk to the beach. Internet/ all TV electronics worked without fail. Wonderful stay.

We loved this house!!! The layout, the location, the pools, the beach....everything!!! The owners are awesome and very responsive. They communicate anything that you might need to know. The house is clean, the widow's watch up top is the most amazing thing. Extra bicycles, beach toys, beach chairs - so many extras! We loved it. The central location along 30A makes it easy to bike anywhere. Everything was perfect! Our pets loved the house and the property! It was great to be able to bring our furry family members along.

We had a wonderful stay at Toes In The Sand! The owners were very easy to work with. This was my first time booking a vacation for my entire family (normally my mother's job), but I was so pleased as soon as we arrived and opened the doors the entire family said "WOW, this is perfect and beautiful...great job on picking this one out!" This made me so relieved and excited to start our week at the beach. There was plenty of room for our entire family of 9 people and 2 small puppy dogs! We LOVED all the porches and gathered out there every morning and evening with all of us. We also loved that we could all fit in the dining room area together for dinner each night! It was so clean and decorated absolutely beautiful! The beach accessories were a great treat too even though we brought some of our own it was nice to be able to use theirs as well with our large family. We didn't have any issues with the house and definitely look forward to staying at Toes In The Sand again next summer! Our only suggestion and slight issue was we loved to ride the bikes but they are a little old and rusted over which caused the chain to keep falling off on one of them when the younger teenagers rode all the way into seaside and got stuck there! They found a friendly patron in seaside to help get it back on in order to make it back to the house but we did have that happen a few times. Otherwise, it was absolutely perfect and the bike thing definitely wouldn't keep us from coming back...they are just an EXTRA amenity anyway :) Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation at Toes In The Sand! We can't wait to come back!

We stayed at "Toes in the Sand" over Memorial day week with our family for our annual beach trip, and couldn't be happier with our choice. The kitchen was fully stocked, nice backyard area, fabulous front deck with ample seating for everyone. Our favorite part was the 3rd story deck. We were able to see the gulf from there, and actually hear the waves as there was a strong current when we were there. All of the bedrooms were lovely, and beautifully decorated. The owner was very nice to work with and very accommodating. We were able to bike to local restaurants along 30A. Also, the walk to the beach was literally a total of 3 minutes max. I would highly recommend this beach house.

We loved everything about this home. It's clean and super comfortable. You can tell it's someone's second home with great amenities versus "just a rental". The walk to the beach is about 2 blocks and only 9 steps down to the sand. Two pools available for use. Very comfy bed in the master and the downstairs living space with sectional is wonderful. Pet friendly too. Enjoyed sitting on the porches to read or enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. Nice street and within walking distance to some good restaurants. Owner was very easy to work with which was a real plus. Highly recommend and we can't wait to go back!!

This home fit us perfectly. It was clean, had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and carts to carry it all the short walk to the beach. We encountered only one problem and it was taken care of immediately. Perfect location, two pools to chose from, easy walk to the beach. Nice quiet street, virtually no traffic and yet still convenient to shops, restaurants, food stores, etc...we would easily return on another vacation. Would recommend some instructions for use of the various electronic devices along with a cable listing of channels.

My family and I spent a fantastic week at Toes in the Sand on our annual summer vacation. The house was perfect for our two adult children, their spouses and our 4 grandchildren. We loved the charming family oriented neighborhood. The house was equipped with everything we needed including bikes and beach equipment. The beautiful, white sand beach was a short walk from the house as were the two swimming pools. Our grandchildren ages 6-10 had a blast playing in the ocean and swimming in the pools. We would definitely recommend this rental to others seeking an authentic beach experience and hope to return with our family in the future. First time staying in a home vs. condo and we really enjoyed our stay. The home was decorated beautifully and was very quite and comfortable for our family of six. We highly recommend Seagrove and Toes in the Sand. Very laid back without the hustle and bustle you experience at some of the busier resorts and beaches.

We had a terrific time staying at Toes in the Sand. The location is perfect, a short walk or ride into Seaside but nice and quiet after a day at the beach. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and provided all that our family of five needed. I would recommend Toes in the Sand!

We spent our Spring break at Toes in the Sand with our family of 2 adults and 5 children. It was a perfect location! The beach is a short walk and we felt comfortable letting the kids walk by themselves. I am so glad we chose a house that did not require crossing 30a. The street being blocked off on one end allowed for the children to play in the street with lax sticks, balls, etc. while we sat on the porch. You can easily see the porch while you are in the kitchen as well. There is lots of seating on the porch which makes it a perfect place to hang out. The rooftop seating and hammock is an added bonus. A nice cozy space with a view of the area. The house was furnished with everything we needed. Plenty of extra in the closets. The furniture is well cared for and in good condition. The master bed was very comfortable. We did not have that adjustment period that comes with sleeping in a vacation bed. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. I cooked many times and was happy for not just one spatula or mixing spoon but many. The bikes were nice to have on site. There is not a child's bike but the rental place is very close. We all were very impressed with the decor, cleanliness and amenities of Toes in the Sand. Our friends who have vacationed for years in the area, commented numerous times on how nice the house was, especially with the location. I can't recommend this house enough for families with elementary age children. Our children were ages 14-5. The street is perfect and it is the nicest porch on the street by far! In addition, the owners were a breeze to work with and very responsive to all my questions. Very gracious and hospitable.
