Our favorite house!

This is our third visit to Toes in the Sand. As soon as we walk through the door, we know we're on vacation! The home has a spacious, comfortable feeling. The decor has a calming, coastal palette. The layout of the home is very family friendly. The kids can ride their bikes and scooters in front of the house on this quiet street. It's just a short walk to the two pools and the beach. There are a lot of added bonuses with this home; the Gulf view from the crow's nest, all of the beach gear, bikes and even plenty of front porch seating. We'll definitely be back again!

Toes In The Sand Review

Our vacation at Toes in the Sand was outstanding. The home was nicely furnished, clean and had lots of amenities to enjoy. The neighborhood was quiet and was a short walk (maybe 3 to 4 minutes) from the beach. Good location between Seaside and Rosemary Beach with plenty of restaurants to enjoy. We will be back!

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Plenty of sitting areas and the beds were great. The community is very easy to get around, very friendly neighbors. Loved the ocean view and easy access to the greatest beach on the Gulf. Would definitely stay at Toes in the Sand again!

W.Plano TX family w/ teens

This is the second time in two years we have stayed at Toes in the Sand. We've vacationed in Seagrove many times and this is~ hands down ~our fave home. The rooms are spacious and decks on all levels! The dining room comfortably seats 8+ and is open to a huge living area. The floor plan flows well, beautifully furnished, serene color palette. Equipped with all the beach chairs, boogie boards, cart...even bicycles. Great vacation home!

We loved toes in the sand

My family has stayed on 30A for several years, this is by far our favorite house. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated, it is located on a very quiet street. We timed how long from door to beach (carrying chairs and a cooler)...4 minutes. These homeowners wanted to make our stay enjoyable, they provided bikes, carts, nice beach chairs and umbrellas and this pet owner appreciates a pet friendly house. The upper tower was a quiet and cool place to go when you wanted peace, the second floor deck was large and well furnished and we all enjoyed the front porch with all the chairs and swing. I could not have asked for a nicer place to stay....we will be back

Had a wonderful time

The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We rode our bikes every day, hiked in the state park and visited some pretty good restaurants. We are looking forward to coming back this April with our kids.

Toes in the Sand

We just spent Spring Break in Toes in the Sand, and it was gorgeous! We loved the house, the neighborhood, and the heated pool. The owners provide beach chairs, bikes, and carts for carrying things to the beach, and this was so helpful. The house was so nicely furnished, and we will definitely be back! We walked to restaurants, rode bikes, and loved the lake area that opens into the ocean just down the beach. The water was beautiful; the neighbors were so nice. The kids played in the street with no worries, while we sat on the porch, and the ice cream truck came by every day for afternoon treats! Such a wonderful place!

Relaxing & Peaceful

Toes in the Sand is a spacious home with several rocking chair porches and a lookout deck, large bedrooms, all the beach accessories you need as well as bikes. Just like home but more fun and peaceful. The best sleep we have had is ages....will be a returning customer very soon! Friendly, clean and relaxing town. Fun shopping, eating and best of all the beaches are so beautiful, clean and crystal clear!

Unexpected Luxury

Our family had a wonderful time here. The little street was so cute and guarded by a security gate--I felt safe with the kids outside. The neighbors were quiet and also very nice. The house was amazing! Close enough to the beach, but still a great price. It offered SOOO much for such a great price! We are planning on going back every year to this house with our family!!
